You may return the products to us within 30 days of your receipt of the goods.
Contact must be made to us before any returns are carried out.
Items being returned due to a change of mind, must be returned to us in their original re-saleable condition, unused and with any original labels and packaging intact. Whereupon a full refund shall be given once we have received the items and a full inspection carried out. Anything received after 30 days may nullify your refund request, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
If you choose to return items, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for their return. Always choose a service which provides you with proof of postage.
We cannot accept returns that have been used, if we receive an item without original packaging and labels intact, your refund request will be nullified.
Faults or Damages
In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty or damaged goods, you should contact us by

We will advise on how to proceed once we have received your email. It is also helpful if you can supply us with pictures of the damage/fault.
If you find a defect or manufacturer’s fault within 30 days of your receipt of goods, then the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
If you find a defect or manufacturer’s fault after 30 days of your receipt of goods, the product will be repaired or replaced.
It is strongly advised that you apply for any manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) on point of delivery. We, Ken Bailey at Wistow, are not liable for any damage inflicted by misuse and our decision is final.
Should you refuse to accept your delivery due to a damage occurring during transit, please notify us within 24 hours either via email or telephone. If you accept delivery of items damaged during transit, it may not be possible to later prove the damage happened before you took delivery.
You may request replacement products, which we will dispatch to you (subject to availability) on receipt of the original products. We only permit 30 days for this action and items must be returned in their original new condition, unused and with original labels and packaging intact as stipulated. Failure to return a product in it’s resaleable condition will result in your refund request being nullified, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used. Please allow 5-7days for the refund to reach your account. In the very rare event, you do not receive the funds within this time, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds will be issued once we have received the items and a full inspection has been carried out.
